About me
My name is Mika Radford
I’m a passionate dog lover and the heart behind our dog daycare, which I’ve proudly run for the past 3 years. What began as a deep love for my own dogs quickly grew into a mission: to offer a safe, enriching, and loving space where every dog is treated like family.
After noticing a gap in the market for truly personalised, high-quality dog care, I took the leap - and now, 3 years later, we’ve expanded to a beautiful new property, purposefully chosen and designed with dogs in mind.
Safety is always my top priority, and every dog in my care receives endless affection, attention, and enriching activities to keep tails wagging and minds happy. I’m also passionate about training and canine behavior, which helps me understand each dog’s unique personality and needs.
This isn’t just a job - it’s my heart. And I’m so grateful to spend my days surrounded by wagging tails, muddy paws, and the purest kind of joy.

His socialisation and stimulation are tip top thanks to Mika! Not only is he being looked after, but Mika has been able to continue doing vet ordered physio during the days that he is with her and administer the odd pill so that any regular routine is completely up to date and all his needs are met. Kim has always been an exceptionally fussy eater and under Mika’s care he’s gaining weight and eating wonderfully, continuing the pattern at home with us. She has also managed to get him to settle in a crate in the car – something we never managed! He now asks to get in!
We are beyond grateful to Mika and Rob and feel so lucky that Kim has a home away from home. The photos and videos we receive throughout the day make us so happy.
